I cannot run the installer, times out on verify

This appears to be an occasional bug in recent versions of OS X / macOS, please reboot and try and double click on the installer again after you reboot.

    Dear Sir \ Madam

    I recently purchased your track, slice and drive x bundle and it's awesome!
    The only trouble is the tools have now got a "trial expired" watermark over them, when I use them! Except I didn't bother getting the trial version, I outright bought them. Should I re download the software from this email or is there something else I can do to get access again?
