This problem usually occurs because of an older version of FCP X. You may have problems if you are using FCP X version older than 10.1.4. All updates to FCP X are free from the Apple App store, please go to the App Store and download the latest version of FCP X that is available.
Also please note that DriveX requires FCP X 10.2 or later to function correctly.
If you have a recent version of FCP X and you still get this error then please try the following:
- Quit FCP X and Motion
- Reboot your computer
- Download and run the latest version of our installer again from here:
