How can I use SliceX to track a built in effect or a third party effect?

You can use SliceX to apply tracked masks to any effect at all, not just the ones that come with SliceX.  Eg you can track a mask which is only applied to the color board, or to an effect from another plugin developer. The technique involves duplicating the layer above itself, then using SliceX 'Shape Mask Layer' plugin as well as the effect you want to apply on the top layer.  Please see the videos below for details.
