In all our products we have included PDF documentation which can be accessed by clicking on the product logo in the on screen controls or the inspector. There will be "click here for help" in small text under the product logo.
IN FCPX: click the product logo in bottom left of on screen control for the help PDF.
In Premiere Pro or After Effects: Click the product logo in the effects inspector
