I can't log into the CoreMelt website / can't see previous orders

The reason you can't login is you didn't create an account when you purchased, it's optional, not required. Please create a new account, it will then assign your orders under this email to your account.

You will only see orders after 7th Feb 2017 in our website, previous orders are in an older system but we have full records and can recover order details and serials at any time.

If you have forgotten your password use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page.

Please note if you purchased our products through Toolfarm or Flashback  you will need to contact them to recover your order details.
